7. Account Billing
If you purchase a membership then at the end of the term you will be billed automatically and your membership will be renewed automatically. If you wish to cancel the billing, you may do so from your PayPal account or by emailing a cancellation notice to Admin@Shooterjobs.com. You can cancel at anytime. Cancelling a membership cancels all future payments of that membership. A membership must be cancelled 24 hours before the next automated payment. Shooterjobs.com is not responsible for refunding duplicated transactions made by creating multiple accounts.
8. Charge backs and Collections
If you are billed according to your billing agreement and then file a charge back with the bank because you forgot to cancel. Shooter Jobs will send you to collections. By digitally signing this agreement you agree to pay any and all legal expenses that have occurred because of your illegal actions. You must cancel 24 hours before you are billed. Filing a charge back in this manner is not only illegal it is also costly. Shooter Jobs will use it's full legal resources to recover expenses occurred to your illegal activity to include but not limited to garnishing and liens.
Your privacy is important to Shooterjobs.com. This privacy statement provides information about the personal information that Shooterjobs.com collects, and the ways in which Shooterjobs.com uses that personal information. Your personnel information will never be sold to third parties.
